Joseph Cao, the Lone Ranger

Joseph Cao was the only Repub to vote for Health Care. He said he was thinking of the needs of his people.

    Nice. If our representatives were always limited to decisions of conscience, We might get a lot of work done. Kudos to Congressman Cao.

    Good for him. Is it bad that I chuckled, because, the only Repub to vote for the bill is someone that is not an old white man?
