Question of the Day: SCOTUS version



When the Supreme Court played the reverse UNO card on the SC nominee Sonia Sotomayor's decision, I wonder if this will hurt her nomination?

And will this reversal reshape Affirmative Action cases to come?

    I wonder about that, too. I don't think it will hurt her nomination, though.
