Good news, y'all. California's house judiciary committee passed a resolution opposing Proposition 8 this week. According to the committee, the ballot initiative to end our marriages and possible marriages is "improper revision of the California constitution."
Great, now the next step...repealing Prop 8. Which is coming up soon; the California Supreme Court will hear all arguments about Prop 8 on March 5.
