A victory in America's 4th racist state. Remember that bit of mess I blogged about? You know, the Arizona fraud signatures for ban affirmative action. Well, Arizona’s secretary of state determined that the proposal to bar the use of affirmative-action preferences by public colleges and other state agencies does not have enough signatures to be on the November ballot.
Since the signatures were fake, 194,961 signatures were declared invalid. So screw you, Ward Connerly. You failed! Again!
