EW Highlights Gay Teens on TV

Cute, now if they could diversify the gay characters, then we will be on to something.

I agree with you. I love Kurt and his beau, but everyone is so white. I remember in the 90s you couldn't throw a lesbian indi flick without hitting a biracial couple! However, from what I remember of the gay male flicks back then, they were all really white too.

I in no way mean this disrespectfully but I think it would be great if Kurt fell in love with an older black leather bear.

I don't take any offense to that

LOL @Vic At least Kurt has a prospect. Mercedes has been manless for the whole series. Give her a beau too while we're at it. How come all the skinny chicks gettin' love even the super stupid barely literate one.

Excuse me if they've dealt with this in the past episode or two.

It is a really great cover, and I love the fact that it's Entertainment Weekly since that's the first magazine you see in every grocery store and gas station around here.

I agree with you, though... It's about time LGBT characters started reflecting the actual gay community without resorting to stereotypes. Everyone isn't vanilla, but everyone isn't into spit and leather either.
