Rep. John Shimkus is an Asshole

Joe wasn't the only fool at Obama's address. Rep. John Shimkus walked out near the end of the speech.

John was also mad at the president and felt there was no
new ground in Obama's plan.

I hope he didn't think he was doing something special. He just looked like another idiot, possibly losing his seat over his pride.

His spokesman said...
"Regardless of the words the president used, the tone did not bring Republicans on board.''
I guess walking out helped matters as well.

This is really telling of privilege, power, race and politics.

Greetings and Good Sunday. I've learned that violence and hatred doesn't begat peace nor good results. What this Congressman has displayed and what many of the quote unquote "right-winged" groups show is their prejudiced and racist personalities. Sure, I can disagree with you, but when you start performing many of the tactics that these groups are showing, it tells me that many in this country are still wearing those white hoods and every time one of many display what they say is their right to bear arms; their right of free speech. What I know is it's their superiority of still wanting to be superior; a white supremist; a Ku-Klux-Klan-Nazi-Pro-Hitler-Racist-Bigot who still believes in slavery and whose generation still has the "master" mentality. So, thank you Wizard Shimkus for showing us your true colors of who you really are. Because what I know is that it didn't matter if President Obama was a Republican or a Conservative Independent. The fact that you believe in your Pro-Hitler thoughts of the Superior Anglo Race of the Blue Eyes and Blonde Hair you would not and could not hear what anyone of color would say...Can I just say that is why this nation is in the state that it's in and has been in ever since you have individuals such as you with your pea-size brain in intellectual positions. And, if a President believes in fairness for every citizen in this nation, you assassinate them. Well Wizard Shimkus, you don’t have that much time on this good green Earth. And, I’m content to know that the thoughts of your generation is quickly leaving and will soon be outnumbered by my children’s generation of openness and fairness and RESPECT. Speaking of, perhaps we should have Aretha Franklin sing you some of that.

John Shimkus is absolutely in the wrong. He is lucky that Joe Wilson yelled out or more attention would have been brought on him (but he may have wanted that).
Shimkus is notorious for ridiculous acts.
